    2. Printing Cylinders/Moulds: Yes, for our Gravure Printing method, we require the development of Gravure Printing Cylinders. The number of cylinders needed is contingent on the complexity of the artwork, sometimes reaching up to 9 cylinders for a single design.
    3. Printing Cylinder Costs: The cost of printing cylinders varies based on the pouch size. Typically, it falls between Rs. 6,000 and Rs. 11,000 per cylinder.
    4. Cylinder Costs for Re-orders: No need to worry about cylinder costs for re-orders of the same design; once made, the cylinders can be reused.
    5. Printing Technology: We utilize the sophisticated Gravure Printing Method to ensure exceptional printing quality.
    6. Lead Time: Generally, our lead time spans 20-30 days, varying according to the pouch type.
    7. Pouch Design: While we do not create designs from scratch, our skilled team can refine and enhance existing designs. For original designs, it's advisable to collaborate with a professional designer.
